Stenn Parton brings over 15 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, leasing, and brand building. Combining a long-dated approach and understanding of real estate fundamentals with creative placemaking, Stenn’s instinct for creating generational value with a focus on day-to-day operations shapes a different point-of-view to owning and operating real estate. Stenn graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Urban Planning & Real Estate Development, and serves on the Board of Directors for SEAL Future Foundation.

Rupesh Bhakta has an integral role to play in the sourcing of new opportunities and development services, acquisitions, dispositions, financing/re-financing, asset management and leasing services. Rupesh received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Urban Planning and Development from the University of California, San Diego. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the El Segundo Education Foundation and an active member in the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Kyle Faulkner is responsible for evaluating new acquisition & joint venture opportunities for Prism's expansion as well as supporting investment management for the existing portfolio. Kyle’s expertise includes investment strategies, and the sourcing, underwriting, and developing new opportunities as well as supporting operations and reporting for the existing portfolio.

Doreen Lahav’s career spans over a decade in commercial real estate, with special expertise in the realm of high street luxury retail and mixed-use assets. Doreen holds the prestigious title of Certified Retail Real Estate Professional as accredited through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She served as a Board Director of the Sisterhood Los Angeles from 2015-2017, a nonprofit that empowers women through leadership in the community, and also holds a real estate license through the CA Department of Real Estate.

Rachel Chang has a knack for building things - whether it’s properties, communities, or companies. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and completed the CORe Program at Harvard Business School (HBS) Online. Rachel is on the Retail Advisory Board for Partners Card, supporting the Family Place, and volunteers as a mentor for the Wakeland ISD Independent Study and Mentorship (ISM) Program. Rachel was recognized as ’50 Leading Women’ by the Plano Chamber of Commerce as part of their 50th anniversary campaign.

Liz received her MBA with a concentration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Texas at Dallas, and Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University. She also volunteers as a mentor for the Frisco ISD Independent Study and Mentorship (ISM) Program.
